WAGE REVISION
I take this opportunity to congratulate Com. Nadaf for having negotiated the best ever wage settlement for the officers in the banking industry. While the officers in scales I, II & III have got two extra stagnation increments, the senior comrades in scales IV & VI have got starting jump equal to two stagnation increments. The entitlement to travel by AIR for JMGS officers on LFC and the 65% increase in Halting Allowance are unprecedented. HATS OFF TO FEDERATION.Akhauri

ReplyDeletePlease take pain to look into undernoted issues
1. Now on regular basis , management issues tuglaki farmans. like- back up of video recording of ATM to be taken on daily basis otherwise branch functionaries will be responsible. Actually it takes min 2 hrs for a day to take backup. Are we in a position to spare an officer for 2 hrs on daily basis. if not , what to be done ?
2. Eligibility for dependents is 2500-4000 per month. why so ? it should be raised properly. we don't need to go 4500 kms on LFC , please get it reduced to 3000 kms. But include mother and father irrespective of there earnings. What actually happens. our father earns 5000 pm as pension, and we are taking 55000 per head as LFC entitlement (for eg ). What we do ? we leave our parents at home and go for a trip with our wife and children. If otherwise our pocket will not allow. Shamefull !! They have taken care of us for years and this grand organisation we work for seperates us from them. ( If any one wants not to accept this example let him do the survey - how many banker's are going on LFC with there parents?)
